Do you plan to sell Merfolk Tails?
Realy Design is currently working on molds for full silicone tails, and prototyping for fabric tails, though we cannot say exactly when they’ll be ready for sale in the store.
What is your cancellation policy?
Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of placing an order. You must communicate desire to cancel the order by email (to Robbin[AT]realy[DOT]design before midnight of the 2nd day from when order was placed. We’ll make reasonable effort to issue refund within 14 days of cancellation request.

Do you take rush orders?
Realy Design will not guarantee order is ready by a certain date or convention. No rush orders are accepted.
Which shipping carrier do you use?
Currently all orders are shipped via USPS priority mail, with a flat rate shipping charge of $9.65

Start by choosing a color that best matches the main colors you wear in your merfolk apparel. For any additional customization we recommend matching your hair, eyes, or complexion, the color(s) that make up the majority of your aesthetic, or an accent color that matches your favorite accessories.

Can you complete my order by X date?
This is a single person operation, as such, it is difficult to predict how long it will take to completely fulfill an order. Amount of customization, size of project, and current work load are just a few of the factors. Realy Design LLC makes no guarantee an order will be completed by a specific date. No rush orders accepted.
How long until my order ships?
It is difficult to predict how long it will take to completely fulfill an order. Amount of customization, size of project, and current work load are just a few of the factors. For best results these hand crafted, and customizable works cannot be rushed. All completion times provided on the website are estimates. Current estimate for silicone accessories is 2-8 weeks until order is ready to ship.

When is payment due?
Payment is due, in full, at the time of purchase.
Payment plans may be available for orders over $1,000.00. If you’re interested in the payment plan option, use the contact page to get in touch with Realy Design and select “Payment plan inquiry.”

All silicone products are made from the highest quality “Dragon Skin” silicone, which is a skin safe, platinum cure silicone.
What is your refund policy?
All made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
