What is your cancellation policy?

Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of placing an order. You must communicate desire to cancel the order by email (to Robbin[AT]realy[DOT]design before midnight of the 2nd day from when order was placed. We’ll make reasonable effort to issue refund within 14 days of cancellation request.

When is payment due?

Payment is due, in full, at the time of purchase.

Payment plans may be available for orders over $1,000.00. If you’re interested in the payment plan option, use the contact page to get in touch with Realy Design and select “Payment plan inquiry.”
